Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS
Product will not be considered eligible for return after 60 days from date order is placed. Please contact us prior to sending your return. The Dealership Store can email shipping labels to you for returns. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Custom items are not subject to return.

 

A restocking charge of 10% of the value of the item(s) will be deducted, unless a return is due to The Dealership Store error. This charge will be reflected on the credit. All returns not due to The Dealership Store error must be shipped prepaid or, if a Call Tag is issued, then the cost of the call tag will be deducted from the credit.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
There will be no charge on custom order cancellations, unless time is involved or plates have been produced. An order cannot be canceled if it has been produced or shipped.
